Rules
1. CAN I PARTICIPATE? To participate in the contest, you must be a current international student at the University of Tartu.
2. CONTEST PERIOD. Contest entries will be accepted until 15 September 2019. The jury will announce the winners on 1 October 2019.
3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. The topic for contest entries is: “My Tartu Moments“. Multiple entries per person are permitted. Entries will be judged based on their originality and quality of expression. By uploading your entry, you confirm that you own the rights to this work and happily agree that the University of Tartu may use it with proper attribution.
